Stamp Camp Treat
I forgot to add this to the previous post. I made a Pumpkin Dessert Dip to go with our cookies and fruit at stamp camp yesterday. I received this recipe in a swap YEARS ago and just now tried it for the first time. It's a keeper. I doubled the original recipe so we could enjoy the leftovers.
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (7oz.) marshmallow creme
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1.4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Mix all ingredients until well blended and cover. Chill for several hours or until well chilled. Serve with assorted fruit and cookies.
I served it with green grapes,bananas, and strawberries as well as honey maid stick and vanilla wafers. This picture was from my snack today as Theo had the camera at the mountains yesterday.
