Dinners and Cards

So last night I started with Tuna Melts from Rachael Ray. Only difference with hers is that they are served on English Muffins and with White Cheddar Cheese open face style. Pretty Good. Tonight I tried a new recipe from Sandra Lee's Semi Homemade it was called Gnocchi with Chicken and Roasted Garlic Gorgonzola Cream. Not bad for a quick "fancy" pasta dish but a little too much like Clam Chowder in color and consistency. I also played with my new stamps sets and made a few cards tonight. Enjoy
