Quick Dinner and Dessert
Tonight I wanted to make something quick for dinner as we spent the day trying in vain to get Ian's science project to work. I decided on Cheesy Shrimp and Rice and for dessert a Funfetti Valentine Cake. I usually only make cake for birthdays but it looked too good to pass up, I was right.
