Christmas Music and Quick Gifts
Last night was Halen's First Grade Holiday Concert. It is always fun to see the little ones up on stage and she did a fantastic job and was very excited. Yesterday was also Ian's class holiday party and he needed to make a gift for their secret santa gift exchange. I made a batch of mini gingerbread men and pakaged them in a small bag along with a bag of icing and a bag of holiday sprinkles. I decorated a gable style craft box with stamps and put it all together-very cute. We had purchased a simple wall calendar for his teacher's gift and I wrapped it in tissue with a sweet polka dot ribbon - it looked very festive.

Those boxes came out great! And I can't get over how grown up Halen looks. :-)
